Adjacent to Hampton Court Palace on the banks of the Thames, built to hold Palace guests by Charles II, Origins date back to the reign of Henry VIII. The building has been Grade II Listed as a mid-18th century edifice. This house was famous for the meetings held there by the “Toy Club”, of which William IV the Duke of Clarence acted as president.
Food and Drink is the heartbeat of the hotel. Both featuring Thames views, choose between relaxing Coppernose Cafe and Wine Bar or 1665, the sophisticated Riverside Brasserie.
The Mitre, with its quiet location yet proximity to Central London, is a ideal location for an off-site overnight meeting or strategy day for up to 40.
The Mitre experience is all about savoring top-notch cuisine and beverages. The 1665 Riverside Brasserie and Coppernose are two exquisite restaurants and pubs that we have. Additionally, we have a charming Kings Ginger Winter Terrace and an amazing Orangery for private gatherings.
